Dr El-Bakoury is a consultant orthopaedic surgeon at University Plymouth Hospitals, Plymouth, UK. Dr El-Bakoury is fellowship trained arthroplasty and arthroscopy surgeon. He undertook the lower limb arthroplasty fellowship in Plymouth, UK in 2015 then he completed a sub-specialised hip arthroscopy fellowship in Reading and Oxford UK in January 2017. He also completed the prestigious Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore, UK in July 2017. Dr El-Bakoury also obtained the University of Calgary (Alberta, Canada) Joint reconstruction fellowship in July 2018.
